How our text reminders work, and how to stop them.

Last updated 2 October 2026. cchpath.com is operated by Prospect Digital LLC, a company registered in Wyoming.

The programme

Community Care Health Path sends recurring text messages to people who sign up for them: reminders before Medicare enrollment windows open and close, your own dates if you are turning 65, updates about your guide, tips on comparing coverage and news about our service.

Signing up

You sign up by ticking an empty consent box on cchpath.com and submitting your own mobile number, on the get-started form, the text reminders page or the contact form. We never text numbers bought from a list or supplied by anyone else.

For each consent we keep the wording you agreed to, the page, the time and the internet address it was sent from.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies; you should expect no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (719) 701-8266 or email info@cchpath.com.

Texts are optional

You do not need text reminders to sign up, receive your guide or email us. Everything else works the same without them.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your number

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing. The rest is in our Privacy policy.
