What we collect
From our forms: your name, email address, ZIP code, where you are with Medicare, the coverage you have today if you told us, a mobile number if you gave one, and anything you typed in a message box.
When you tick the text message box: the exact consent wording you agreed to, the page you agreed on, the date and time, and the internet address the form came from.
We never ask for your Medicare number, your Social Security number, medical records or payment details. Please do not send them.
How we use it
To set up your account, write your guide, answer your messages and, if you asked for them, send text reminders.
The consent record is proof that you agreed to receive texts, which carriers can ask to see. It is used for nothing else.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and the companies that host this website and deliver our email and text messages, who may use it only to provide those services to us.
We do not give your details to insurance companies, agents or brokers. We do not sell, rent or share your details or your consent with third parties for their own marketing, and this website runs no advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Account details while your account is open and for two years after it closes. Text consent records for four years, because carriers can ask for them in that time; that record is kept even after other details are deleted.
Your rights
Email info@cchpath.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop any messages. We reply within 30 days and will not ask you to explain why.
Reply STOP to any text to end text messages straight away.
Security
Every page is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are checked for origin, rate-limited and verified with a short-lived ticket from our server before we accept them.
